Kontribusi Stres Eksternal dari Gangguan Sehari-hari dan Stres Internal terhadap Resiliensi Keluarga Masyarakat Matrilineal Minangkabau

Penelitian ini menguji kontribusi stres eksternal dari gangguan sehari-hari dan stres internal terhadap pembentukan resiliensi keluarga pada keluarga matrilineal Minangkabau. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 110 isteri yang berasal dari Minangkabau dan menetap serumah dengan orang tua (isteri) setelah menikah yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Walsh Family Resilience Questionnaire adalah alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat resiliensi keluarga dan Multidimensional Stres Questionnaire for Couple digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat stres eksternal dari gangguan sehari-hari dan stres internal yang dirasakan responden. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regersi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stres eksternal dari gangguan sehari-hari (t(108)=-2,79; p<0,05) dan stres internal (t(108)=-3,13; p<0,05) berkontribusi dalam pembentukan resiliensi keluarga secara negatif signifikan. Kedua stres ini secara bersama-sama juga berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam pembentukan resiliensi keluarga dengan F=5,617; p<0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan stres eksternal dari gangguan sehari-hari dan stres internal merupakan faktor risiko dalam pembentukan resiliensi keluarga pada keluarga matrilineal Minangkabau.
