Hubungan antara Mindfulness dan Kesejahteraan Subjektif Mahasiswa Selama Pandemi

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara mindfulness dengan kesejahteraan subjektif pada mahasiswa di Yogyakarta saat pandemi Covid 19. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 80 orang. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala mindfulness, dan skala kesejahteraan subjektif. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi product moment Pearson diperoleh r = 0,610 pada taraf signifikansi p = 0,000 <0,05. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif antara mindfulness dengan kesejahteraan subjektif pada mahasiswa di Yogyakarta. Semakin tinggi mindfulness maka semakin tinggi kesejahteraan subjektif, sebaliknya semakin rendah mindfulness, maka semakin rendah kesejahteraan subjektif pada mahasiswa.References
