Gejala Depresi pada Individu Dewasa di Masa Pandemi Covid-19: Korelasinya dengan Resiliensi Komunitas

Abstract
Individu yang berada dalam tahap perkembangan dewasa rentan mengalami gejala depresi di masa pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan apakah resiliensi komunitas berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan gejala depresi pada individu dewasa di masa pandemi Covid-19. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 216 individu dewasa. Pemilihan partisipan berdasarkan teknik convenience sampling. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini adalah Community Advancing Resilience Toolkit Assesment Survey (koefisien Cronbach’s alpha tiap-tiap dimensi = .595 - .836) dan Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale (DASS) 21 subskala depresi (koefisien Cronbach’s alpha = .855). Uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan dimensi caring and connection dan dimensi information pada resiliensi komunitas berkorelasi negatif dan signifikan dengan gejala depresi pada partisipan penelitian ini. Dengan demikian, pendekatan berbasis komunitas dapat dipertimbangkan dalam merancang intervensi untuk menjaga kesehatan mental individu di masa pandemi Covid-19.
