Abstract
Karyawan yang bersedia memberikan kinerja melebihi harapan organisasi dan melakukan lebih dari tugas pekerjaan normal nya dibutuhkan oleh organisasi yang sukses, hal ini disebut dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). OCB mengacu pada perilaku sukarela yang ditunjukkan oleh karyawan saat berada di organisasi sebagai bagian dalam organisasi. OCB di tempat kerja ini dianggap penting untuk kelangsungan hidup suatu organisasi serta bagi efisiensi dan produktivitas karyawan itu sendiri agar lebih maksimal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kajian literatur (literatur review) dan untuk mengetahui sumber asli dari suatu kutipan peneliti menggunakan teknik sitasi (citation). Ada banyak penelitian yang membahas mengenai OCB, beberapa peneliti setuju bahwa terdapat dua kategori dalam OCB yaitu OCB yang diarahkan ke organisasi (OCBO) dan OCB yang diarahkan pada individu (OCBI). Tulisan ini secara kritis menelaah literatur tentang perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi dan konstruksi terkait lainnya serta berisi tentang dimensi, faktor dan hasil dari penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan OCB dari waktu ke waktu.
