Jurnal Ilmiah Penegakan Hukum (JIPH) is a SINTA 3 journal published by the Faculty of Law, Medan Area University since 2014. JIPH is published twice a year in June and December. The journal provides direct open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange.
This journal aims to provide a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, NGO activists, (Master degree) S2 and (doctor degree) S3 students, as well as legal observers to submit their articles. The scope of the article published in this journal addresses various topics related to law enforcement in the fields of Criminal Law, Civil Law, International Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Islamic Law, Economic Law, Environmental Law and other parts related to contemporary issues in law. The Editorial Board is not responsible for the views expressed in each article.
