Focus and Scope
PELITA MASYARAKAT, is a forum for disseminating conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the field of community services. Pelita Masyarakat Journal has a goal for scientific publication of the results or conceptual servants of the ideas and ideas in the field of community service.
PELITA MASYARAKAT is published in one volume, twice a year, in September and March. Every writer with an article can send the manuscript by following the writing guidelines. Authors who want to submit their article manuscripts can do done online. Each article addressed to the editorial will be selected through the Desk Review and Initial Manuscript Evaluation process by the Editorial Board. Next, the article will be sent to the Bestari Partner/peer reviewer and will be entered into the next selection by the Blind review process. Peer Review Process
After submitting inventions have made a preliminary review of the manuscript by the editor PELITA MASYARAKAT. An editor will decide whether the manuscript by the scope and focus and proper to give to the reviewer. Sometimes, editors may recommend revision before submitting for review. This initial review of activities usually takes a week.
Submissions that pass the initial review will be assigned to at least two reviewers (double-blind peer review). Based on the review editor will first make editorial decisions.
There are five possible editorial decisions (1) the manuscript is accepted, (2) be amended, (3) re-submit, (4) be sent to another publisher, or (5) be rejected.
Typically, the time frame of delivery to the first editor of the average results of 6-8 weeks.
The time to reach a final decision depends on the number of reviews rotated, the perceptive writer, etc. Typically, the delivery time frame by an average of 4-5 months for a final decision.
PELITA MASYARAKAT uses Plagiarism CheckerX as a plagiarism detection service to ensure the integrity of all submitted manuscripts, with minimal similarity under 20%.
