Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam collaborative governance BUM Desa dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa Sugihwaras Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini didasarkan delapan kriteria collaborative governance menurut Goldsmith dan Kettl yaitu networked structure; commitment to a common purpose; trust among the participants; governance; access to authority; distributive accountability/responsibility; information sharing; access to resources, yang menyatakan bahwa collaborative governance BUM Desa belum berhasil dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa Sugihwaras. Indikator belum berhasil terlaksana dengan baik yaitu yaitu networked structure, Governance, Access to authority, Distributive accountability/ responsibility, Access to resources. Faktor utama yang menghambat terwujudnya PADes Sugihwaras yaitu sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh BUM Desa “Sukses Bersama” masih rendah dan membutuhkan pelatihan mengenai strategi marketing untuk mempromosikan produk-produk yang dimiliki BUM Desa “Sukses Bersama” agar mampu meningkatkan penghasilan BUM Desa sehingga bisa menyumbangkan penghasilan tersebut untuk Pendapatan Asli Desa Sugihwaras Kecamatan Candi Kabupaten Sidoarjo
